Emintad is currently evaluating a project concerning the real estate industry. The business idea foresees that Emintad signs a contract with an Italian Manager who will be involved in scouting the real estate opportunities in the UAE area mainly focused on high standing real estate investments. This manager will individuate real estate opportunities which will be analysed by EMINTAD in terms of reliability, market value, legal due diligence. After that, EMINTAD will promote the real investments opportunities through three main channels:

  • joint venture with a major Italian real estate company which manages a large chain of real estate agencies
  • direct promotion to EMINTAD contacts whose profile is corresponding to high personal income people (about 2.000 contacts)
  • promotion to the clients of a major Italian Merchant Bank (with whom EMINTAD has a joint venture agreement).
 
EMINTAD will assist the clients interested in investing in real estate industry in UAE in terms of travel organization, meeting with vendors organization, legal assistance, administrative assistance, financial structure organization, closing assistance.
