38 – has spent 15 years within two important european banks like Unicredit Bank and Banca Carige (WestLB Group)  with a great exposure on Middle east and North Africa region as Senior Manager and underwriter of corporate and structured finance. Maurizio has spent the past 3 years as advisor and venture capitalist with various initiatives. He is now Founder and Managing Partner of Emintad and of Luxury MENA/Europe Fund. Graduated MBA at Bocconi University in Milan.

Luciano Di Fazio
44 – graduated at the Politecnico in Milan as electronical engineer with a specialization in economics. He started is experience in Bossard Consultants as Senior Project Leader and then in McKinsey as Engagement Manager. He has managed  for many years IPO and private equity projects and he has been director of many and important companies some of them listed at Italian Stock Exchange. He has been for five years Chairman of Livingston S.p.A. , private airlines operating short-medium haul leisure flights and Chairman of Lauda Air, private airlines operating long haul scheduled leisure flights. At present he is Senior Partner of Emintad.

Gianluca Cedro
42 – graduated at the Politecnico in Milan as Chemical Engineer and MBA at Bocconi University in Milan. He started as Strategic Marketing Manager for Recordati Farmaceutici. Project Manager for Bossard Consultants and then founder and President of TQL Corporation – Marketing Consulting &  Market Research. He has been for five years CEO of Livingston S.p.A. , private airlines operating short-medium haul leisure flights and CEO of Lauda Air, private airlines operating long haul scheduled leisure flights. At present he is Senior Partner of Emintad.

Giovanni Lega

graduated summa cum laude in law at the Milan Sacro Cuore Catholic University, admitted to the Bar in 1986. Giovanni holds an LL.M. from Harvard University School of Law and has been a teaching scholar at the same university. In 1988 Giovanni established the law firm Studio Lega, Colucci e Albertazzi, active in commercial, corporate and litigation law. In 1996 the law firm Studio Lega, Colucci e Albertazzi merged with the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, integrating the Milan and Rome offices in the global network. From 1996 to 2001 Giovanni was the Managing Partner of the Milan and Rome offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and a member of the Worldwide Partnership Council of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. With over twenty years of experience as a business lawyer, Giovanni has a vast experience in extraordinary transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, real estate and turnaround transactions, as well as judicial and arbitration cases in Italy and abroad. He holds the office of director on the boards of a number of Italian companies and is currently the Chairman of ASLA ("Associazione Italiana Studi Legali Associati”), the Italian Association of Partnership Law Firms. Giovanni is fluent in English and he is a Senior Partner of EMINTAD

Paolo Ribolla

46 - Graduated in Economics at the Bergamo University. He started his activity as business and tax advisor in 1990. He is now senior partner of "Ribolla, Fusi, Maio, Lamanna and Associates", firm having its main seat in Bergamo. He managed various M&A, private equity, restructuring and IPO projects. He seats in many boards of directors and he take parts to many statutary auditors commitees in commercial, industrial and financial companies. He is a Senior Partner of EMINTAD.
